2. Appointment Policy & Terms

We value your time and ours. To make sure we give every client the best service possible, please read our booking policy before confirming your appointment.

Booking & Payments

  • All appointments are booked through our website.
  • Some services require an advance payment to secure your booking.
  • Once your appointment is confirmed, that time is reserved just for you.
  • You will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking.
  • Bookings are not guaranteed until you receive written confirmation.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change.

  • Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
  • You can manage your appointment through the booking system or by contacting us directly.
  • Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will receive a full refund of any advance payment.
  • Changes made within 24 hours of your appointment time are non-refundable.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in the loss of any advance payment.

Emergency Circumstances: In cases of genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to find a reasonable solution on a case-by-case basis.

Arriving on Time

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment so we can give you the full service.
  • Arriving 5 minutes early is recommended.
  • If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to avoid affecting other clients.
  • Services will conclude at the original scheduled end time.
  • If we are unable to complete your service due to late arrival, the appointment will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.

Running Late: If you know you will be late, please contact us immediately so we can determine whether rescheduling is a better option.

Choosing the Right Service

  • Please take a moment to select the correct service when booking.
  • Each service has a designated time allocation based on the work involved.
  • If the wrong service is booked and the requested service requires more time, we may not be able to accommodate it due to other appointments.
  • In this case, the booking will remain non-refundable, and the service will be adjusted based on available time.

Missed Appointments

  • If you do not attend your appointment and do not notify us, your payment will be non-refundable.
  • Repeated missed appointments may affect future bookings.

3. Payment Terms

4. Refund Policy

Appointment Refunds:

  • Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice receive a full refund of advance payment.
  • Appointments canceled within 24 hours are non-refundable.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Product Refunds:

  • Product purchases may be eligible for refund or exchange according to our return policy.
  • Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Gift cards and promotional credits are non-refundable.
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale are non-refundable.

5. Product Sales, Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

  3. Receive return authorization and instructions.
  4. Package item securely with all original packaging.
  5. Ship item with tracking to the address provided.

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we made an error.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened beauty or hair care products (for hygiene reasons) unless defective.

Damaged or Defective Products:

Health & Safety:

  • Please inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, scalp conditions, or medical issues before your appointment.
  • Disclose any recent chemical treatments, medications, or health conditions that may affect services.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or modify service if we believe it may cause harm.
  • All tools and equipment are sanitized between clients.
  • We follow industry-standard health and safety protocols.

Limitation of Liability:

  • While we take every care to provide excellent service, we are not liable for dissatisfaction with subjective aesthetic outcomes.
  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions or adverse effects if you have not disclosed relevant medical information.
  • Our liability for any service-related claims is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Consumer Guarantees: Services come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a remedy if services are not provided with acceptable care and skill.

Eligibility:

  • Participants must meet age and prerequisite requirements as specified for each program.

11. Conduct & Behavior

Expected Conduct:

  • We expect all clients to treat us and our workspace with respect and courtesy.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate appointments if behavior is inappropriate, abusive, or disruptive.
  • No refunds will be issued for appointments terminated due to client misconduct.
  • Clients who damage property or equipment will be held financially responsible.

Prohibited Activities:

  • Verbal or physical abuse.
  • Discrimination, harassment, or hate speech.
  • Intoxication or being under the influence of drugs.
  • Photography or recording without permission.

12. Gift Cards & Promotional Credits

Gift Cards:

  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

Promotional Credits:
